FREE SHIPPING to the 48 US states for orders over $50. Orders dispatched same or next day via UPS, FedEx or USPS. No international shipping.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it within 30 days TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON YOUR SHIPPING LABEL for a full refund less any shipping charges paid for by the customer. Merchandise must be received in new or original condition complete with all packaging. 

For damaged or defective chess pieces there is no need to return the entire set. In most cases we can replace or exchange the defective piece.

Return carrier choice is the customers but we recommend purchasing insurance to cover the amount of the products if not already covered by the carrier. If the product is damaged on the way back, customer will need to file a claim for the damaged product with the carrier.
